What are you all talking about? Didn't you hear Fisher? "That's a playoff team right there."

But but but

Gotta give Fisher a little credit for drafting Brockers, Donald, etc

But that's all he gets

Well deserved too . He can enjoy retirement with the 42 million he fleeced from the Rams .
Well, in all fairness, it was Stan's personal money.
No skin off the Rams' nose.

It sure felt like it was coming out of the fans pocket too , since we had to suffer through 5 years of it .

Also a significant thing is the lack of defensive personnel fouls... Hopefully the defense will play with more discipline as they adjust to this defense, but they are keeping their cool.... it got ridiculous at times over the years.

Can we please quit making Fisher threads every week. The man is gone and I'm scared if you look in a mirror and say his name 3 times he may come back

to each his own, but I for one wont talk bad about fisher. did he leave much to be desired in his coaching? yes, but had he coached his way to more wins (or losses tbh) who knows how that effects the guys we draft or coaches we hire. Speaking of drafting, I think he did a great job acquiring talented players. Not that Snead doesnt deserve credit but I think Fisher had as big if not a bigger say in the draft choices. Everything seems to have worked out and come together, so I for one am not going to complain about a couple of extra years of sucking to hopefully be a legit contender for many years to come.

Also to completely overhaul a roster full of guys that couldnt find another job after being released to having to let guys walk because we cant afford everyone and team getting in bidding wars for said players, and to do it pretty fast, will always have me impressed

No skin off the Rams' nose.

he did help stan by increasing the net worth of his team by $1.5b.

it's not easy to be the most boring team in the league for 5 straight years. did he get the memo that they had already moved to lalaland last season and it was time to win in exciting fashion?

Without Fisher there would be no McVay.

I thank him for that.

Politely disagree. He left the franchise with a ton of unopened Christmas gifts that are now being opened and used ;)

Guys are going to do whatever they would like, I would out rather talk about McVay and leave Fisher in the rear view mirror...

All those guys looked like busts after last year. If Fisher stays, those guys may never have succeeded.

sadly enough the blueberry jerseys still exist. white horns on blue doesnt work with gold on blue. love the helmets. been a long time since this team averaged over 30 pts a game. goff has just enough mobility to make plays that previous dumpster qb's werent making.

But they're not busts are they....

So are we supposed to give Fisher credit for drafting guys he couldn't coach up? Or are we giving him credit for the work McVay's staff has done?

There was a divorce here. There are going to be hard feelings towards Fisher. He didn't get everything wrong during his tenure here, but he was a failure. I'm not sure how pointing to those guys does anything but highlight his failures.

I think it’s apparent who Fisher drafted and who he didn’t. Brown, Cooper, Havenstein are ok players I guess, with Tavon not being a world beater either. He’s more of a role player. With all the picks 1st and 2 nd he missed on from his tenure and the trades they made I’d say Fisher was bound to shot some fish in that draft barrel!
