I supported him but now see how much he brought this team down ... from drafting, picking up free agents, coaching especially on the offensive side of the ball. I would love to hear his excuses if he were interviewed. He certainly appears outdated and would be surprised to see him back in coaching.

Nice to see you doc.

No doubt there have been roster changes that have helped but your point is valid. I don't think anyone in the NFL will be calling him for an interview LOL.

Yep. It's about time to move on from that like a bad case of fleas, as George Carlin used to say.

Well deserved too . He can enjoy retirement with the 42 million he fleeced from the Rams .

Please let this be the last we ever see the name Fisher on this forum ever again lol

Won't be, my utter disdain for Fisher's management on offense and team preparation will continuously talk shit on him

At the time of Fisher's hire it was considered a wise move.

Sadly, his first year with the Rams may have been his best.

I have never been a fan of the "we will grind it out with our running game and defense" strategy, especially in a dome or warm weather home field.

A formidable ground and aerial attack is what is needed to win in today's NFL.

We are seeing one emerge before our eyes.

Do you think that is enough money to enjoy retirement? I don't know.

I said he was the worst coach in the NFL, not just him, but the awful staff he put together. He made a gifted back like Gurley look like a bum. He made Goff look like an outright bust.

Yes, it's 4 games, both those guys are now flourishing. Sure, talent is better, but I promise under last year's staff this team is 1-3 with a puttering offense right now.

Watching the Rams Hard Knocks last year, was shocked how much of a crap leader Fisher was.

He let the players goof off to much, like the time they rolled over the golf cart. Man, that crap is ok for superbowl winners, not the 4-12 Rams at that time.

Then, his dumb speech that 8-8 wasn't acceptable. I guess in hindsight it was compared to how the season played out.

Oh, and couldn't stand how he handled Joyner, especially the one on one meeting with him in his office. I thought Fisher was about to fall asleep in that meeting.

Anyway, I can't stand Jeff Fisher!

From worst to first in total offensive production. All that needs to be said.

I think the changes made to the O-line is the best thing that McVay has done. Goff had plenty of time in the pocket today. He never had that last year. Goff didn't just all of a sudden become a decent QB. It was there all along but with the help of a decent o-line to block for him and also help open up the running game has made a world of difference.

The Rams were 3-1 at this time last year.

Health & depth play big part of this team.

Fisher stunk no doubt , but last year Goff was having trouble taking a snap. He has grown a lot with McVay.

Greg Olsen is an excellent coach to have on the staff. He would have been a better OC than anything Fisher had with The Rams.

All in all The Ram are in such a better place , but Jared Goff was raw last season. The offensive line was horrible.
Kromer is making a huge difference.

McVay allows the staff to be apart of the plays. McVay is a excellent play caller & understands his personnel.
