Strand came in before halftime and was promptly sacked. Hoping they open shit up in the second half.

3rd and 4. Baldy is like "well this is a passing down..." They run it for 0 yards.

It is a damn shame they chose these two coaches for an all star game. If I was the agent of any of these QBs, Wideouts, or TEs I'd be fuckin pissed.

Yeah, was interesting watching Warner's analysis of that. I wonder if he was actually supposed to just release or hold the block longer due to assignment and he missed it. Otherwise, that was a total failure of the protection call and not the player.
To be fair, the first "protection failure" analyzed by Warner was based on Colby Parkinson, not Ferg.

I'm sure Ferg has made other mental mistakes. But on at least the first play of Warner's analysis, it was #84 Parkinson. Also--Warner says he sees this mistake being made league-wide, and doesn't quite understand why it's such a pervasive problem.

Mike Smith sits on that shitty field goal lead for most of the game by conservatively running the ball. Then loses in final minute after his RB fumbles. How the hell that dude was ever an NFL coach I have no idea.

I'd say I wish I could get the last two hours back but was watching it while gaming fortunately. :laugh2:

I recorded it, then sat down and started watching it an hour behind the live broadcast. A fast fwd through it pretty quick. It was a tough watch.

How did Dean Connors (HB from Houston) play?

The backs as a group got a lot of work. Allen looked good late but then had the fumble. Perrin showed a good burst but it was a huge hole. No real big plays. Defenses had shit locked down.
