Great back-to-back division wins but sort of the opposite reaction I had to last week. Loved what the defense did, needed to see the offense play better. Hilarious watching Sam Darnold turn into the Sam Darnold we all know and love. Wouldn't surprise me if we just saw a preview of the NFC Championship game.

Get both units on the same page against good teams down the stretch and a Super Bowl win at Levi's Stadium (fuck the 49ers) becomes more than just a dream. Keep that ball rolling.

Excuses are for losers. Truth or fiction?

"We were 3 yards short of winning the game" (Mike McDonald) Fiction
"The refs screwed us" (Seahawk fans) Fiction

"Sam Darnold threw 4 interceptions" (The Box Score) Truth

You lost because your QB sucked wind, in the biggest test he had this year. Prior to this weekend I saw one Seattle fan say, "we haven't been tested. I like to see us down 14-3 and come back to win." Well they've been tested. They were down 14-3. And they fucking lost. Test? FAILED!!!!

Didn’t hate midnight mode. I liked the helmets because the black looked close to the dark blue of our classic helmets. Also I could finally see the blue tint under the stadium lights in those midnight jerseys.

…and we won!
I think stafford did and couldnt see our team! Kinda Like the Lions Game in the Playoffs few years ago!

One thing that needs to change is Corum out, Hunter in!
I don't think they will do that, but they need to stop with alternating Williams & Corum. Williams had 12 rushes for 91 yards and the Rams should have kept that going. Major difference between the two is, when teams stuff the Run, Williams gains two yards and Corum loses 3. Big difference between 2nd and 8 vs 2 and 13.

The 3 runs from the one yard line was an excellent example, Corum gets stuffed and on 4th down, they bring in Williams and he scores. Enough, I don't mind keeping Williams fresh, but you don't need that much of Corum to do so IMO.

Yes, I understand a change of pace, or if Kyren needs 5 mins. Mcvay is doing it in middle of Drives. I hate that shit. You kill Momentum that way. If Kyren is Killing them, Let him! If Corum goes on a slight run, Let him! Dont keep flip flopping them every damn 2 plays!

Future Seattle games to watch. They should beat Tennessee handily but the following week they host the Vikings, Brian Flores and his D. Flores saw up close and personal what pressure did to him last year. There's evidence that hasn't changed. What do you think Brian Flores will have in store for Sammy D? Should be an interesting watch.

Although it's hard for me to get too excited about a win coming from a missed FG attempt by Seattle, I am loving the W!
If it was a 35 yard FG miss. Or even a 45 FG miss. I might agree with you. But a 61 yard FG miss? That means they weren't close enough because our D did their job. It was a desperation kick, not a gimme.

Its better to win ugly than to lose pretty....
That said, the thread title is a little off base IMO. Alas....

So, we didn't just beat the Rainy City Bitch Pigeons? I'm a little confuzzled.

Jesus. Defense showed the fuck out today
Well our D got a lot of TV time for sure allowing Seattle's offense to be on the field for 38 minutes compared to our 22 minutes. Thank god for the four crappy passes.

Stafford get's the game ball... he fought through some pretty bad play by his offense and terrible play calling McScatterBrain.

Lol. I was going to make a joke that McVay would somehow find a way to give Stafford a game ball. I swear he does it every week.... But no. No game balls for anyone on the offensive side...

Thank goodness for our D and ST today!!! Ugly wins still count the same!!!

I don’t think anyone else has mentioned this. If our defender had delayed touching their player down, for less than a second, the clock would have run out with no time for a field goal! I believe it was Durant :-)

It so that’s going to get talked about in team meetings

What an INCREDIBLE win. Arguably the top 2 teams in the NFL rn faced off, and the home team squeaked out a win.
A complete dog fight, a toe-to-toe slugfest, and we emerged victorious.
This was, imho, the best win of the season. Last week's dub was sweeeet, but this one was one we absolutely had to have & we GOT IT.
It came down to 3 things:
- Darnold got rushed just enough to make him make 4 bad decisions
- An incredible, once in a lifetime game winning punt
- Their kicker forgot to eat his wheaties
Celebrate this one, guys. We can all 2nd guess lots of stuff but we were playing against a top-of-the-line Seahawks D & got enough points in the end to win it -- and they were READY for us. And our D stepped up BIG TIME against a top-of-the-line Seahawks O that has been chewing up & spitting out opposing D's all season. Look at what JSN did to the Cards last week & we just shut him down.
Incredible win.
GO RAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

p.s. if you don't want to cry today, DON'T watch all the Rams players lining up to hug Coop.
