reminds me of the Havenstien pick, I thought WTF of the pick. Lots of simalarities. Lots of starts in college, good acedemics, Big and strong, nothing flashy. Boom will need more time to get NFL ready, Safe pick IMHO

It's kind of anti-climactic when the first player picked we hope we don't see play this year.

Plus we are so thin at linebacker.

He will get alot of Reps at LT in practice this upcoming season. Sounds like from his scouting reports he needs to improve his consistency.

Well I already like this draft pick more then the Greg Robinson pick. :cautious:

I'm cool with the pick. Nothing to get excited about. But this Notebloom guy defitnely looks like a true LT.
So much excitement this offseason, maybe Snead and McVay thought we needed a break!

Needs to finish blocks better as well, but dude has left side potential.

I trust Kromer and Whit to help him out.

I still wouldn't mind Crosby if he is there. Need O-line depth in a bad way that some don't realize with age and upcoming contracts.

That's one thing people should realize. His education will get a boost as McVay and Kromer gave Whitworth and Sullivan the first practice day of the week off. He's going to get snaps every week in practice with the first team!

My thoughts exactly but I was almost positive we were taking a Tackle but Noteboom wasn't even on my radar tbh. Interesting pick.

Good thing there is plenty of quality linebackers and we have 3 picks in the 4th round right?

Needed to have OT that can replace Hav if he becomes a free agent and goes elsewhere. Nice to keep Hav and have Boomer as a swing OT. Not flashy but smart pick.

Still have 4th and 6th rounds for edge rusher (s)!

I know we where all hoping for this
38F030AF-1F28-4D43-B830-DDA40267BFCA.gif

but instead we got this

My trust in this team has me pumped, so no concerns here. Tomorrow will be exciting.

One thing is for sure and he'll have to change his number for the Rams. He was 68 at TCU which is Jamon's number.

Wade must be more satisfied with our LB'er corps than most of us realize, and while this pleases me, i'm still pretty sure we'll be adding more depth both outside and inside considering we have 8 draft picks between the 4'th & 6'th rounds. I still expect an OLB, an ILB, a Safety and more OL depth, we could even see a TE, RB, DT & QB, ... appears the entire draft will be more about depth than trading up for a potential immediate starter, looks like the real work was done during the free agency period. jmo.

He already seems smarter than GRob lol. Sounds like a bright guy who should take well to coaching. Hopefully another 3rd round gem of this regime.

I’ve said several times how important the OLine is to McVay’s offense.

We are incredibly thin at those vital positions, give the ages and contract situations there.

I’m quite pleased with the pick.
