What about the common courtesy of moving if you are blocking an entrance/exit? Any consideration for fellow citizens? Or does he have position like like a basketball defender in the paint?
How was he asked to move? I can't imagine the cop said "excuse me sir, we just need you to move out of the entrance so people can get through " and got a negative reaction. I kinda view cops attitudes the way I view TSA. Those who have flown know what i mean. But meh. Seems the situation is likely over.

Oh so it's the cops fault? He asked him rudely you infer?

Which is funny for somebody who always jumps to conclusions I ons and condemn first. Heck this sentence came after multiple posts convicting the cop.
Are you sure you have the right guy here? I don't think you do.

Edit: Ah. I guess you were responding indirectly to a previous post.

We need the video, everything else is speculation

A police officer arrested Branch for standing on a public sidewalk and then smirking and not moving far enough after the officer told him to move? That's a nothingburger for me. Sounds like a cop on a power trip.
I know its not related to this forum (so I'll talk about it once) but this is exactly why qualified immunity needs to be taken away. If we held bad cops accountable, we could actually get rid of the power trip assholes.

Very well may have been. I'm in the camp of not placing the blame on anyone yet. But as someone who has had both good and bad interactions with cops, I'm not going to assume it was the player's fault either.

I'm not either so what I said earlier was was a general statement towards the bad apples.
I'm right there with you. Seems ever perspective is polarized these days. I think there's plenty of great cops, maybe even the majority. I also don't think it would be hard to encounter a cop who is rude because they think they have authority over citizens.

I'm starting to get interested in KC Concepcion.
Dude is dynamic and I like the ST potential. I'm sort of changing my previous thoughts on him, especially if Rams can trade back a little.

.

This is video of a nrl player assaulting police. He was charged for assaulting police.

Nobody had a clue what happened but if he was charged for assaulting police, it must have been bad.

So when the court case finally arrived a couple of years later this vision was shown in court. It shows him sleeping under a tree and an officer flicking his ears. He shoos the hand away.

Obviously the case was thrown out of court. Moral of the story, don't take the police report as gospel.

lol.....one example.

Understanding Human Nature helps not take this point of view about one human over another.

I'm with you. He's also being discussed as potentially the best route runner. He's incredibly intriguing and I could see McVay liking him a LOT.

I can't believe we're still talking about Branch and no one is commenting on his reported blocking skills.

Sounds like a Rams receiver to me.

But need to see the tape to confirm.
