Is Kupp's age a concern? Will his age limit his ability to grow and raise his skill level?
Naw ... he easily has about 6-8 yrs in him. Plenty of time left on his clock. Only thing that could derail him would be injury/s ... but that is true for any player. I'm not worried about the age. I actually like the maturity factor it brings

No need to watch tape now...he's gonna go against the best in a few more months.

That doesn't make any sense at all. The best way to get a feel for a rookie is to watch his tape against known nfl talent. How did we know Jenkins was gonna be a good cb, because we knew he shut down nfl studs like ajg in college.

.

huh? He's on the team....we'll SEE if he can play in the pros...not against guys we think are pros....JJ wasn't a sure thing...until he showed what he could do.

Everybody's got a feel...but we'll SEE...in a couple more months....probably take more time.

I can see that... but what I mean is the ability to learn.

A lot of these college kids are 20, 21, 22... he's gonna be 24. I've heard that older players are harder to teach and have somewhat "maxed out" skill wise. Is that true in Kupp's case? Or do you think his ceiling is still untapped?

SOMEBODY SLAP ME FOR WATCHING THIS 2 More Times This Morning :icare::rolllaugh:

the sound track goes with these highlights cause the Rams need a hero

2:05ish in the video, that was a damn Faulk move. He juked the hell out of them cats. And whoever said this earlier was right, every dang play it looks like he thinks he's destined for the end zone.

I really can't answer that. the kid is from a football family. So by that, I am going to think that he is plenty football smart already. One way or another we are gonna find out, but i like his chances :)

Will Wilson actually be there though? I mean with Higbee/Everett/Hemmingway ... I think that number gets free'd up.

Oh well, just thought it might be a cool # to wear.
Have no idea actually. i thought it was intriguing when they signed him as a TE. He has the size ( 6'7" - 235#'s) and the athleticism (Was a great athlete as a QB @ Utah.. has RAC potential) and the fact that he knows what a QB is looking for on routes .... that all could help him. Especially if Harkey is no longer of use. the added bonus, that i kinda eluded to ... is he could also be your 3rd QB.

Now... i have no idea. When it was brought up about the #87 ... i was just sayin' ... as of now it is taken

Kupp can ball. We got a great one!

This dude does not look slow. I would say football speed he is faster than most. Second coming of one of my favorite receivers ever. Steve Largent. Great routes, great hand. Okay maybe getting a little carried away, but he doesn't look 4.6 when he is pulling away from those DBs.

That is the thing. "Straight line" (track speed) and "football speed" are two different things. What we do need to see, is how his skill set translates to the NFL level. But that can be said about anybody coming in from college. If it were that easy ... drafting would be a slam dunk!
