The Rams had 4 cut players not clear waivers and land on a team's 53 (league high). Willie Lampkin went to Eagles 53.
31 other Teams passed on Pooh Paul. He landed on Seahawks Practice Squad. Not sure if we made an offer, or if he dissed us.

This is a key point that is being missed for now. Paul was NOT put on anyone's 53. No one wanted him that badly. After he totally cleared waivers, the Seahawks put him on their Practice Squad. The other four Rams claimed were all claimed on waivers, and they had to be put on that team's 53--not the Practice Squad.

was just looking at that list when you posted it, so they didn't sign Pooh to the PS. Wow nobody wants him I guess.

Paul went unclaimed on waivers after being cut, making him free to sign with any team’s practice squad. Although the Seahawks haven’t made an official announcement as of this writing, sources started reporting his signing in Seattle around 10 a.m. PST.
