Wow... those buggas look like heaven Brudda!

I believe those are fresh water prawns right? They get huge... even bigger than the ones you have there if they are fresh water kine.

Please tell me about the taste. I'm wanting to taste it in my mind properly. Those heads are calling out to me.

As you might expect, they were awesome! I mixed a little shallot and baby Bella mushrooms in with the crab. The shells popped right off the flesh which , as you know, meant they were cooked perfectly. I seared the filet medallions to rare with my steak seasoning. Pretty killer meal.

I just finished making some fresh Ranch dressing. You gotta make it with all fresh herbs. I put a couple jalapeños and a habanero in too. Problem is... you won't enjoy store bought the same ever after. It's gonna sit in the fridge overnight and meld together.

Cut up some chicken breasts and thighs (boneless obviously). Got all of it seasoned up to sit overnight. Tomorrow morning, I'm gonna pour in some dank as hell spicy pickle juice over all of it and let it marinate for a few hours. You can't marinate it very long or it can fuck up the chicken.

Gonna skewer the chicken with spicy pickle chips and some onion. Then grill it up on my egg.

Dip that chicken into the spicy ranch and your mouth will be exploding with flavors like you cannot believe. This shit should be called Crack Chicken.

I'm also grilling some chorizo and hot Italian sausages.

Some Atomic Buffalo Turds too.... bacon wrapped jalapeños stuffed with some spicy cheese.
You’re pissing me off. Totally WANT. MUTHERFUCKER! :laugh4:

Dinner date at a local steakhouse, so unfortunately will be missing most of the game. I don't expect the Saints will be much more than easy pickings though so I don't think I'll miss much. Other than Tyler Shough getting a painful welcome to the NFL care of our pass rush.

I think the Giants got half a chance been playing well at home and Tyrone Tracy is pretty good.
If that’s the case they have a bright future.Seems like they’ve been very disappointing. They’ll win a game & then blow a Big Fart!!!
The Seahags are the team to beat in the West, but SJ keeps hanging around even with all there injuries.

Still The Rams menu for this week could be Dodgers Dogs for a Hoe Town Celebrations!!!

Personally I’d like to get creative & have had Donair w/ gulf shrimp & peppers, onions sautéed & the classic topping having a Canada flavor.
To each their own,it’s still America after ALL!! Go Rams

I am doing chicken milanese today. Got half a bottle of Malbec left over from last night - doesn't pair particularly well but I shall drink it anyway.

Icebox, eh??
You living on a boat, or in the 1940's??? :woozy2:

Inquiring minds want to know....
I grew up using the term icebox. But yeah I use a lot of words by habit that causes me confused looks. Like asking a waitress where the head is for example. Navy didn't do me any favors. :laugh2:

HA... me too.
Before I went into the Navy, I got to hang with my grandfather, who was the Skipper, Captain and First Mate for some wealthy guys yacht... I learned all the nautical terms there - in the Rhode Island manner - pawt, stahbard - and "head"... Went into the Navy - never went to sea, but the term head prevailed. Took me years after I left the Navy, to finally understand the term "geedunk". :dizzy:

I do. Recipe?

Ok. Typical reuben ingredients
I used
8 slices of rye bread (cubed and I toasted)
1 pound of corned beef that I sliced and chunked up
2 cups shredded swiss
Sauerkraut
Thousand Island (the recipe I found had me mix in a 1/2 cup mayo with 1 cup thousand island)

Layer bread, then corned beef chunks, then sauerkraut, then cheese. Then another layer following same, except hold the cheese.

Dump the sauce all over the top. Layer with cheese.

Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes then uncover and bake until the cheese on top bubbles up nice and golden.
