IIRC, Warner got Ike on a crosser for a deep TD early on. Had to be the loudest sustained roar maybe in the history of football
Vikes had a hell of a team but that secondary was straight :crap:. Playoffs are great for exposing weaknesses.

I was there for the NFC title game in 2001, the Marshall 2nd half game. That was awesome ( i lucked into tickets for that one), saw the team board the plane to NO the next day in the airport, as there was no extra week between the title game and the SB that year.

Was also there when we lost in 2003 in double OT to the Panthers, we avenged that loss last week. Been to a handful of other games in STL.

St Louis was cool to go to, that said Im glad the team is in LA.....
One of the coolest things about the games in the Lou was post-game. There would always be a group of maybe 50-100 people get together at the side exit to the dome, and all the players would come out and chat and sign autographs for about an hour. Chris Long was always the first out and he hung out the entire time. It was always such an amazing experience and seemed the players enjoyed it almost as much as the fans. I have three hats, littered with autos from the brim to the back. It was hard times after the SB runs, but those memories are still very cherished.

Yeah. That was cool. They were still doing that the last year they were there. Got to see most of the players. Robert Quinn came out with his son on his shoulders and shook hands and just kind of hung out talking to the fans. AD was out there as well but he actually seemed pretty shy.

I still remember my wife laughing in shock when she saw how small Danny Amendola was out of pads hahaha
