Twice baked potato casserole with all the goodies to stop your heart.
36hr marinated bruschetta, with a dark balsamic.
Air fry wings, spicy BBQ.
And... good ole beans and wieners for snacking, with chips and dips.
Beer.

Easy today....My wife's meatloaf with Baby Ray's Barbecue Glaze and of course my favorite roasted garlic Asparagus with the classic pinot noir making the meal easy like Sunday Morning.

Winter has arrived here in Central FLA... it's only getting up to 80 degrees today. Time for chili. It's cold outside!
My secret recipe has come in 1st place at a big chili cook-off. So I do keep it secret, but I'll give you an idea of some of the stuff I throw in.
Grilled Pork Tenderloins
Grilled Chicken Breasts
Grilled Hot Italian Sausages
Beer
Red Wine
Honey
Lots of Peppers (some HOT, some NOT)
Onions
Garlic
Shallots
Some Red Beans too... but not a lot
Growing up in the 808 means that I always serve mine over some kick ass rice. This chili is so tasty it's killer to eat all by itself though.
Anyway... I'll take some pics along the way and post them later in the Food Porn Thread.

Is that a sour ale? It says unpasteurized, which would make it sour unless they put blueberries in the boil. Like sour ales a lot.
