I got some Angus burgers ready to grill up, unfortunately my drip tray for my grill is missing (just got my grill back) but I have a replacement coming in the mail and tracking says it's 4 stops away, so I'll be grilling up for the afternoon games. Gonna be real good!

I'm late to the party here...
But I've just returned from a month in the Keys. I have so much fresh dolphin (mahi) that it is almost unbelievable.
I made blackened mahi tacos with every kind of topping option known to man. You can just eat the mahi plain though it's so good.
They were extra tasty after the victory. I didn't even start to blacken the fish until after the game.
