I'm presently getting my cuisine ready for today (12:35 AM CDT). Looking forward to a well deserved day off and some Ram football. Just hoping I can find a stream and get up in time for it.

On my menu:

Hungarian Hot Wax Poppers. Cream cheese, taco shredded cheese, garlic powder, package of ranch dressing powder, and sour cream in them, and of course wrapped in bacon.

Chicken Wing Drummets. I bake them in the oven in a basket first to get a golden brown sear. I take them out before fully done and place in crock pots. I'll cook them on low (or even keep warm depending on the crock) overnight and this includes in the wing sauce I do.

Wing Sauce: I do a variety but use a base of Franks Hot Buffalo, Crystal, and also Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo sauce. From there I add my own spices.

Stuffed Green Bell Peppers. Make up some taco meat, mix that with cheese and spices, and bake until peppers are semi tender to eat. I also coat them in olive oil.

Chopped tomatoes in a ranch sauce. Garden has been good to me this year since moving. Tomatoes, Hungarians, and Bell peppers doing great.

On the beverages, many Bud Light Platinum's and Mich Ultra's for beer. Also shots of Cuervo for when we score.

Looking forward to being in the new chat room. Miss my friends there. Just hope I can get up in time. Been working 5PM to 5:30AM many nights on a new Lexus launch we currently have under way at work. Sleep schedule is a bit fooked up. lol

That said, hope all my Ram friends here have a great day, eat and drink well, and be celebrating a Rams victory later. Most of all, if drinking outside the home, be safe my friends. Peace.

Well, I just called in at 2am sick for work (8am to 4pm) and unfortunately, I'm not faking it. Dagonet, if my stomach was right, I'd be at your door step in a few hours to help you eat all that! So instead of Shane and I , it will be just Shane showing up an hour before gametime...

Love me some roast chicken. You slow cook yours? Are you doing it in oven, grill, or smoker? That and the Heinekens sound good. I love Heineken too, but dropped them for the carbs. Enjoy man.

Thanks for the thought. Yeah, I take an injection once a week called Trulicity that gives me a weak stomach the day following, but this time, I had a hitch in my throat which normally means a real sickness for me. I just didn't want to be sick at work today....Good part is that I will bea able to see the whole game, I hope.

Its pronounced like mol-ay. It's a time consuming recipe with many ingredients, most often served over chicken. It's a traditional holiday Mexican dish. He and his wife own a nearby Mexican restaurant I frequently visit.

Roast chicken will be oven cooked. Served with roast potatoes, bacon wrapped sausages, greens and cauliflower cheese. Red wine for the meal...Heinekens for the game, even if I should probably switch to the light beers like yourself.

Hope to have the pepper garden you got going on there one day myself. Sounds like you do food right!

I just got done rubbing down a pork shoulder butt with plowboys bbq rub. Doing pulled pork on the treager and making a easy homemade Carolina style bbq sauce. Chips n beer too. Been drinking those hazy ale's lately.

Go Rams!

I'm on the @HellRam train. We plan to eat our way through the Ram NFL opponents. Have to wake up again in an hour to throw the shoulder in the crockpot and made some NC vinegar BBQ sauce last night. That with some slaw I'll make a bit later.

I will be at the Braves game with the family hoping for a sweep of the Nationals. Then I get to come home and watch my Rams beat the Panthers which I am recording. OH, what a wonderful day this will be. I almost forgot we will be eating hotdogs at the game.

just lit the smoker for some low and slow ribs. Bumper crop of cucumbers from the garden this year, over 100 lbs from 6 plants, so making a cucumber tomato salad with some mozz. some roasted pepper humus and whatever is going bad in the fridge
