What say you ROD members.Let us know why.

I have purposely left off Harbaugh for the time being
because most people are believing he is not interested in the
NFL at the moment.

I know I have left off someones favorite candidate.Just list
who you would like in the comments.I would like to post another
poll at seasons end to see how the results may have changed.
If we have not hired the new HC by then.

Winners Receive a FREE Trent Balke For President T-shirt.
Members located outside the lower 48 not eligible.Members
inside the lower 48 must pay 129.99 for shipping and handling.
Except in Alabama and Arkansas where additional 63.00 state tax may apply
T-shirts may or may not read Trent Balke for president.t-shirts may or may not be
actual t-shirts.

If I had my choice of anyone (excluding Harbaugh), I'd choose Asshole Face.

Shaw first choice, however, if he stays, then Kyle Shanahan as Head Coach and Mike Shanahan as President of Football Operations.

Whoever disagreed with this, why?

(Aside - if we did get him, guess Williams is gone huh?:rolllaugh:)

I've got McVay now as my favorite tbh, edging out Shanny. Doesn't really matter to me, btw, as long as it's an offensive mind they can build around.

All those names with the exception of Patricia I am good with if they're the hire. In a perfect world, yeah Asshole Face is the best option of the above, but I think the Aints will play stupid and try to hijack picks.

I can't tell you why but red flags come up when I think Gruden or McDaniels as the new Coach.
Saban just seems like a forever great college guy only.
McVay seems like he might be lighting in a bottle from what I have read about him here.
Shanahan with the help of his old man might be the right combo?
Patricia I mean he is a rocket scientist after all, he should be able to fix us. Might be able to get Elon Musk involved with Space X. Everything Elon touches turns into gold.
Harbaugh is the one that I think he has won everywhere, why not here? Could not stand him as a niner but might just love him as a RAM!

RAMS WHATEVER YOU DO, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PICK THE RIGHT GUY THIS TIME!!!!!!!

Whoever disagreed had their reasons.
Whether we agree or not.

A proven creative offensive mind to run the offense. My top pick is Kyle with Greg Williams staying on.

My top picks change daily almost lol. Right now it's Payton followed closely with shanny Jr with his dad tagging along. Tomorrow It will be back to McKay and patricia and maybe mcd.

I couldn't have said it better myself. I can find fault with most of these guys if I tried.

I went Kyle Shanahan. I think he's ready and I personally always loved that O that the Shanahans run. They are always using plays to set up other plays and it keeps most defenses honest throughout the entire game. It was silly the production at RB Denver was getting just plugging guys into that system. Never really a dominant WR either during those years. Just a solid group that would make catches reliably.
Anyone know if Kyle's version of the O is the exact same as his Mike's or has it evolved? Big question mark for me is does he have a solid pool of assistants to form a strong coaching staff? I don't want the D to flip and be garbage once the Offense starts being productive. I still like him the most, but would be more than fine with Shaw or Payton.
