I'm thinking ... Off-Ball-LB, Interior-OL, WR, CB, PK ... maybe another DL (big man to back-up Bobby Brown?).

Might be a little rough early-on. Barring trade, the Rams have just on selection in the next 95 picks.

Javon Baker, WR
Christian Jones, OT
Nathaniel Watson, ILB
Ray Davis, RB
Jarrod Wiley, TE
Marcus Harris, NT
Josh Delmas, K
Kamal Hadden, CB
Patrick McMorris, Safety

Edit:
The problem is some of these guys will get gobbled up before the Rams pick in the 5th.

Curremt Rams picks

Round 5: No. 154 overall
Round 6: No. 196 overall
Round 6: No. 209 overall (compensatory)
Round 6: No. 213 overall (compensatory)
Round 6: No. 217 overall (compensatory)
Round 7: No. 254 overall (compensatory
**************************************

Who I hope we get:

TJ Tampa, CB, Iowa St. - Maybe get in 5th rd

Norell Pollard, Edge, Virgina Tech - 6th rd. Rams have met with him and have been highly interested.

Brendan Rice, WR, USC - 6th rd. Doubtful but why not

Karsen Barnhart, G, Michigan - 6th rd Tams have been very high on him

6th rd - Take a kicker either Joshua Karty, Stanford or Cam Little, Arkansas

Frank Gore Jr, RB - 7th rd, why not? This pick is a gamble and u never know OR. Geoffrey Cantin-Arku, LB, Memphis. Dude is the projected 1st overall CFL draft prospect, why not give him a shot and see if it helps our Linebackers

Having stayed up late the last two nights, I might try to catch up on my sleep for an hour or two during round four today (it starts at 17:00 UK time).

What are the odds that the Rams trade up and I miss the pick during my siesta?

I'd like another WR.......Rice or Franklin, but they'll be long gone when we pick. So maybe Devontez Walker? Or get another Seminole....Johnny Wilson? I expect they might draft VanPran if he's around in the 5th or 6th. Backup center might be smart. Could use a CB. Could use another TE. OT was an obvious need with Alaric on a 1 year tender and Havenstein signed through 2025. But maybe they expect to sign Alaric long term? Maybe McClendon is an option? It'll be interesting to see what UDFAs they sign.

Question for one of you draft gurus…….

I can’t find trade value calculator I can figure out and was trying to figure out what the numbers showed was the move up value of picks 209 and 217? Or 196 and 217.

Thanks

Any fellow fans across the pond who could call you in an “emergency “ like a trade up? (Bye bye Tutu and a couple of 6s lol)

Id like to end today with Erick All TE from Iowa and Jordan Jefferson - DT from LSU

Myles Cole from Texas Tech would work, as well

Looks like Brendan Rice isn't a first or second round pick for 32 teams. Troy Franklin too for that matter.

Austin Booker, DJ James, Jeremiah Trotter JR, Kris Abrams-Draine, Javon Baker, Malik Washington, TJ Tampa, Sedrick Van Pran, Gabriel Murphy, Javon Foster, Devontez Walker Mekhi Wingo all guys mocked to us from different people by now.

Clearly we know less than the teams or have different set of values for the players.

I like Rice too in spite of my UCLA love

He can’t make it to 196 can he?

At 154 is he too expensive?

Rice is a good WR I just don't know that he's what we could use but that's just me. I like Baker, Walker and especially Ainias Smith more than him.

Smith gives us a shifty kick returner too right?

New rules almost force teams to have a guy you draft for depth at another position or put a target one of your starters on kicks

They might not wanna wait till the undrafted guys sign to find a kicker. Pick the best one available in the 6th. It is a position of need.
