If we go WR still hoping we take Boston. We need to convert redzone opportunities more than anything, and he has the best hands and contested catch ability of all the big options in this draft. He is always open. Also his game translates harder with Stafford, who is a gambler who will put it on him in that redzone. Dude had 4 drops in his career in college as a contested catch machine.

Also one of Adams biggest weaknesses is his inbreaking routes. Boston gives us power digs with hands and security. He's a power forward receiving weapon who can body corners outside. He improves our offense year one as the third wideout.

Only other WR who does him better in that regard is Tyson, who adds that OBJ type presence, but he's frail as fuck. I'm pissed he didn't run, and obviously that means he's conceding that he can't run a top 40 for his size and weight. But his traits are gonna play in this league and Stafford magnifies them.

Thats because he can’t separate. They don’t credit people with drops when you’re blanketed/contested every time you run. He has a 32.24% separation rate. That is abysmal. For comparison, Makai Lemon was at 79.8%. There’s most likely the reason he didn’t run the 40.

I don’t care how big you are, if you can’t separate in college, NFL corners will lock you down.

I concur @Merlin just needs to dust off some off his old Boston albums if he’s continues to pontificate about Boston.

Gentlemen when life gives you Lemons (Puka in rehab) make lemonade.

Believe me I detest his name. Not a fan of the city or its fans in any aspect whatsoever.

But his traits are a very good fit to supplement our pass game. Stafford would make far better use of him than if the Rams were to go get a backup slot at 13. Only way Lemon or Concepcion make sense for us is if they're way more worried about Puka than everyone thinks. And moving either of them into the slot we lose the strength and RAC that Puka provides this offense.

Concepcion can and did play outside. I think he can play inside or out with us. I MUCH prefer Concepcion to Boston as he adds something we sorely lack, speed.

Actually think Concepcion is somewhat perfect for us as he is also a plus returner with break away speed. That helps us a lot on special teams, something Boston cannot really offer.

Hey Boston’s eponymous debut album was one of the greatest albums of all time and the Band leader invented technology that is now widely used to make it (He was an MIT graduate)

Great…now I gotta go blast “More Than A Feeling”…look what you did!

His production outside the hash was at flanker. He is going to need a free release (off the LOS) at the NFL level. He is not an option in the X role.

I like him. Keep saying he's competitive with Lemon, who I think has been a bit oversold in the media. But Lemon's safer because he doesn't have the drops and he's tougher over the middle, which is where both of these players will be playing at the NFL level.

If the Rams take a wideout who can step into the X role, it is the most efficient usage of the pick. That way Adams gets the release at Z, and Puka can continue his dominance in the slot. And the X role rook will be an afterthought for defenses, thus will have a strong opportunity to contribute early in the redzone and 4 minute. This is best for the Rams offense for the most potent pass game possible.

That singer was crazy with the high notes. All pitch-perfect.

So much easier back then when people asked what music you liked. Kansas, Chicago, Boston & if you wanted to go Middle East, Nazareth.
