Honestly didn’t think this game would be close at all so I guess I’m glad we played them to the end. As others have said this team is so fucking frustrating this year. Looks amazing one quarter and completely inept the next. Destroys opposing offenses only to give up two 3rd and 16s in one drive or not cover their best player another.

Rapp fucked up on that last play, there’s no doubting that. But he didn’t lose the game or the season for us. Take away Goff’s stupid pick six and this is a different game.

It doesn’t matter at this point. The season is done, McVay will spill his usual bullshit during the post game presser and no Rams fan will give a shit about next week’s game.

The silver lining in this is that if this is the best the 49ers have to offer, I don’t see them making the Super Bowl much less winning it. Screw them.

We played a good game and came up short. All I'm going to say. Niners deserved to win. Jimmy G was clutch.

No, he wasn't. He took a terrible sack on a key down. Rapp bailed him out by making one of the stupidest decisions I've ever seen.

D line was all over JG in the 2nd half. Shame how it ended.

I highly doubt that people will remember that for years to come. It was a stretch making the playoffs even if we win this game. If anything fans will forget about this season as it was down right pitiful after a Super Bowl appearance the year before.

I'm not saying to throw them away. I'm saying they had a bad game. Evans missed a number of key blocks on what could have been big plays. Let's be honest, he's not better than Havenstein. A lot of people have treated Hav like he's garbage. But we missed Rob today. Evans might well be a good player in time, but he cost us today.

2 3rd and 16s at the end of the game and we can't get to the QB. It should have been an all out blitz so he doesn't have the time.

Earlier in the game Wade rushes 3 on a crucial 3rd down and Garapolo gets a first down.

Wade must go at end of season. The talent is great on Defense but they don't play up to their talent. He doesn't put them in the right positions.

He has had 3 years to get his guys he is terrible and killing this team. Never solved the run D we been talking about the same thing every year.

Fire fucking Wade Phillips. I was the one stomping up and down in St Louis to fire Fisher and it took a horrible game after he had received a new contract for the team to wake up. Well fucking wake up Rams get rid of him. I am not sure who cost us the season more the oline or Wade. Based on the TB, Ravens and Cowboys game I say Wade by a mile.

Anyone who says Phillips needs to go needs to get their head checked... if you think those 3 & 16’s are on him you’re crazy.

weddle was a step behind (as usual) and Rapp blew the coverage, expected for a rookie. Be careful what you wish for. Phillips is one of the best in the league, whoever takes over will likely be a downgrade and we’ll be wanting him back...
