But I submit that putting Goff ahead of Bulger is more insanity.
My list post 1978. The QB’s I can rate with confidence.
Wins, big games, moxie, clutch, leadership, toughness, consistency, avoiding game breaking bone head plays…

3) Bulger
4) Everett
5) Goff
6) Ferragamo
7) Bradford
Mostly gross beyond that.
