Fellas, fellas...

When Bodacious the bull was retired they took many semen straws from him. Bodacious sired many bulls. In the end there is only one Bodacious.
You're hitting where it hurts! Signed, Bocephus

Kid has a long way to go before he can dethrone the King of possibly being the best NFL player to ever play the game. Bloodlines is one thing, but drive ambition and a little bit of luck will determine his possible bright future.
We better get Donald a damn Super Bowl Trophy.

And Aaron didnt sire Elliott so point doesnt really make sense

If Chuck Norris can lose his virginity before his father, then so can Aaron Donald.
If Aaron Donald were to travel to an alternate dimension in which there was another Donald and they played side by side, both would share an MVP trophy at season's end.

One thing that struck me about this kid, is what others say that when he meets a new coach, he tells them not to talk about things he does well. He wants critique about how he is deficient. The kid has made it to Pitt where his name is a blessing and a curse. Expectations must be through the roof because he has talent and he's getting one-on-one attention from AD and other very fit family members.

Sign him now, Les! ~ @Merlin

And Elliot is his second child. He is the second coming after all.

Dear everyone,

I'm sorry. I just thought of that and couldn't resist. I apologize and I'm so so sorry.
That's ok...your pennance is to buy one Elliot Donald Bone jersey and say 10 Our Fathers and 20 Hail Mary's....

I think bloodlines count for something. Primarily it gives the kid an example to follow and they can see the results of commitment to improve and how to improve. You only need to look at the Bosa brothers with Nick clearly being the better of the two. Eli Manning on the other hand is clearly overrated. He was "made" by the team around him. His production isn't where people seem to assume it is. Peyton on the other hand is the real deal. His stature is artificially made by his brother and father.

So bloodlines don't always matter. But there is no denying that if the kid has talent he already has a leg up on his future.
