I'm not so sure we should even play the season out. I mean, the 49ers have the 3rd best NFC odds for the Super Bowl according to Vegas and I heard the ballboys there are snagging passes left and right there in practice. Might as well sit Stafford until the bye to heal up. Of course the Vikings are supposed to go from a 14 win team to 8 wins due to losing All-World QB Sam Darnold to the Shitchickens. Vegas usually gets more shit right than wrong, bit this season sure looks like an outlier.

Vegas going for the easy money. They figure if they say the Niners can win, then all of their fans will be banking on it.

The 49ers hype is wild. That offense is going to be limping around all season. The defense will probably take a step up but they are extremely top heavy. One injury to Warner or Bosa and they are cooked.

The hope that I have is that the Rams obvious strength on D, the line and Olbs... are lined up against what seems to be a 9ers weakness.. the OL.

Let's hope they just blow Purdy's shit up from go.

Demarcus Robinson was suspended for the first three games of the season for a substance abuse violation. Maybe Jerry Rice can fill in for a few games? :)

Easy schedule is part of it. They could be eh and still pull in 12 wins with a few breaks. Their roster has talent still but they for sure have taken a step back I think and hope.

Two things about purdy.
1) he’s a smart, a great pre-snap reader, busts his ass, and maintains a calm demeanor. There’s a reason why a 7th round pick just got paid.
2) he’s got a 7th round arm. The Rams are counting on jimmyg-string to back up Stafford? G-string struggles on the the 12-15 yard out. Most of his picks are on that throw. Go back and review his INTS, I dare you. THAT IS A BREAD AND BUTTER THROW. Your team won’t go anywhere if your QB can’t make that throw.
I saw krapernick in person at candlestick—twice! He couldn’t make that throw in a tight window to save his life. purdy struggles with routine, big arm, throws.

Bottom line? purdy won’t take the 9ers anywhere they aren’t set up to take HIM. As with his choke artist HC, pressure/$$ on line games, the 9er QB and HC is a match made in heaven…
For Rams fans.
I agree about Purdy. I think he is a smart player who throws with good anticipation and timing for the most part. Of course, Shannys O also gives QBs a lot of easy, short throws.
I enjoy his game overall and you are right about him not getting phased. He is a cool customer. But, he certainly has weaknesses.
Got to see Kaepernick here in college for a couple of years. Freak athlete....great runner but sort of a "wind up" to his runs. Big, physical player for a QB. Really big arm....but, his college O was basically designed around not having to read a defense outside of a rpo. A lot of iso routes that if it wasn't there he could just tuck and run. He was a good enough athlete that he would turn a busted negative play into a 6 yard gain all the time. Really impressive. But, if you cant read in the NFL you will struggle mightily. I don't know if Kap couldn't learn to read being so far behind the curve or if he wasn't coached well enough to get there.
Then he went insane....

They probably read the delusional fan boards.
They're parrots. Most of them probably don't even watch the players they comment on, and I don't blame them since that would be a shit ton of games but the result is a giant pile of media shite, then us fans of course bring the matches and you have yourself a dumpster fire.
