I'd love for Akers to regain his abilities that he showed his rookie year. Hell, him just coming back from a torn Achilles late in the year for the playoff push meant the world; skill position players - hell, positions that require explosiveness as a whole in any sport - tend to not come back from Achilles injuries.

I'm hoping for the best for Henderson. He's our most athletic back. He just gets hurt all the time.

K-Will is someone I'm rooting for, being a St. Louis kid who grew up with Steven Jackson.

We know when Akers got activated during the playoffs, he has just come off injury. He still did ok...but now he has had the whole offseason and camp to really get back. I think he runs great Thursday.

I don’t know about the size.. based on what I saw and camp reports. I can’t remember if you attended camp, but others mentioned him being noticeably undersized.
But he’s about the same as Blythe.

Tell me about Austin Blythe? I still think he was(is) underrated. Last season only shows me he is an excellent teammate & both Allen & Shelton are still benefiting from him as NFL Players.
-Shelton last season was MAULING Players. Don’t know how well he stands up against a Bullrush? He does a good job run blocking imo.I just saw him finishing plays.
He was playing center mostly the days I went to camp. Was not impressed by Lance Brusss. His injury helped provide a roster spot.
