Been watching the Bears and Whiners for a bit to take a gander at the Whiner's new QB.
First impressions are, unfortunately, that Garappalo appears to have a decently strong arm and throws a nice ball.
He did suffer his first pick as a pro but that was more on his receiver than him.

Really hoping this dude bombs so the Whiners will have to consider QB in the first round and not be eligible for a massive haul of draft choices (think our RG111 trade) with some other QB desperate team.

Maybe I should root for seattle so that the Rams can overtake philly with a win next week. Vikings are looking pretty good, got to stop their run game in our rematch.

Atlanta settling for FGs. On 3rd and 13 can't convert after 5 yard false start penalty. 7-6 Vikings

I can't root for the Hags. Eagles have Rams and not much else remaining on the schedule. Hope they beat each other up.
 
I don't know who the Falcons/Vikes announcer is, but he's completely in love with the Vikings. Might be Charles Davis. Sounds like him.

Ratz, I'm not too happy with what I'm seeing from Garappalo. He's very accurate and already has 5 or 6 completions of 15 yards or more. He's quite mobile also as he has run several times and seems to move well in the pocket.
Dude looks like he's been running this offense all year instead of just the last month or so.

Guys, unlike the old Eagles song I ain't got a "peaceful, easy feelin'" about what I've seen so far.

He must have some pretty good receivers. He throws up a lot of floaters that get caught. Gotta wonder if that isn't going to bite him at some point.

Stadium fullness doesn't really matter to me that much, unless it is about home crowd noise....I just saw sweeping views of the Falcons stadium (Falcons vs Vikings), and no one is there. The Falcons could very well be a playoff team, so where are the people?

I want each team to need 48 ice baths... 1 for each player and a couple extra for coaches who are crushed on the sideline.

Hope the game makes the opening scene of Gladiator look like Beach Blanket Bingo...

Every stadium is empty at beginning of 3rd quarter.
 
At least to me the Falcons/Vikings and Cheatriots/ Bills are very boring...
