Stafford is still MVP.

These gambling websites use these odds all the time to boost betting.

How many are actually accurate?

Sounds like the award is based on a panel of 50 sportswriters.

So who the hell knows how accurately the betting sites can predict this.

I still think Stafford is the front runner. He sort of gets a few bonus points in the minds of those who get to vote due to his years in the league, IMO.

Well if I were McVay I'd sit his ass vs the Cards. Keeps him healthy and fuck the MVP race.

You don't have to click on any threads... the ultimate ignore button!

I don't click on the boobie thread, it's easy.

Okay, I am lying... but you get the point. :D
I know buddy, it was semi sarcasm
Unworthy of blue font

It’s not the content it’s the title and that can’t be ignored, displayed prominently in the main list

I just wish we didn’t post so many threads that are obviously polarizing in a non beneficial manner

Fully invested NFL players (like Stafford) ultimate goal is the Lombardi. MVP, POY, All Pro, Pro Bowl accolades are just a byproduct of admirable pursuit and achievement in chasing this goal.

NFL needs hype. they have the future in May. Stafford is a good old qb. now he will not be in the hunt. move on to the playoffs. everybody's happy.
Uh, you know the NFL doesn’t pick its own MVP, right?
Stafford is winning the MVP. It was decided after the Tampa game. Fans just don’t understand how anything works.

For fuck sake he just threw for 450 yards and 3 TDs vs the Seahawks a week ago. I promise none of the voters give a fuck about a pointless Monday night game.
I will bet you 100 bucks he doesn’t win MVP.

All the people making the strength of schedule argument make me laugh. I very much doubt any of you cared about strength of schedule and its effect on the MVP race in 1999.

Did the other guy Warner was competing against for the MVP have better stats than him and play one of the hardest schedules of all time for a playoff team?

You just can’t ignore the fact that Maye has played a historically weak schedule and has beaten less teams over .500 than the fucking ny giants lmao

And they played the Jets twice, and the Raiders....who they lost to......at Home....

Well to be fair, the "other guy" competing against Warner for the MVP was on the same team....
That said, the Maye/Warner comparison doesnt hold water. Maye has been very good but Warner was not only the best, but revolutionary at the same time. Led the league in scoring, TD passes, passer rating etc IIRC at the time he was only the 3rd QB in history to eclipse 40 TD passes
Stafford is having a more dominant season than Maye, the level of competition has to be at least considered

Your only as good as your last game.I’m not taking anything away from Matthew Stafford. He is The Leader of this Rams ship. He’s been going through some rough seas.

Drake Maye won The Regular Season. We want The Rams to be holding up the Lombardi Trophy in the End. Would’ve been nice to have had the bye week & a Home Playoff Game !! That makes a huge difference, especially from a player of his age.

Thank You
I wish this thread wasn’t here at all

Is there an ignore button for threads?
That would be an asset
Lol way to be an asshole for no reason

You claim you dont like polarizing threads and then proceed to make it even more polarizing.

Just becausr you "say" you dont care about something doesnt mean that no one else does

I literally saw it talked about on every sports show early this week.

Your crass reaction also makes it clear you obviousky care

Another data point against Maye for MVP:
One could argue that Treveyon Henderson has had as much impact on the Patsies success as Maye. A HR hitter RB is a huuuge help to a QB. But our RB's?? not so much, though they're great to me. They just aren't the HR threat that TH is for their team.

Maye hasn't faced top defenses like Stafford has...and surely that enters the mix. Just because he wasn't as sharp as he normally is on Monday doesn't erase his body of work.

Fuck individual awards. If he wins another super bowl his chances of HOF becomes better, and is worth more than the MVP. I would take a life of a prestigious title than a yearly award. Sit him keep him healthy fuck the mvp.
