Until then, I'd take him. No way to know if he would be like Manning. He is pretty unique at this point. Manning was never like this. He was nowhere near as athletic.

In the Vent thread after the Rams game, some of you may remember when I was talking about Goff that now that teams have video on him that it makes it easier to game plan around his tendencies. The same is happening for Mahomes. As time goes on, you will see more and more games like this where he throws for good yards but doesn't get the win. Now I haven't seen this game yet, but you can bet the Chief's next opponents are watching it.
