Vinny was only beaten out by Jourdan in terms of inside Rams information as far as people following the team (Bernie was a distant 3rd).
Early in the Press Conference, McVay and Snead are asked about Jimmy Garoppolo.
The response was that they want him to be the back-up but they were being patient, allowing Garoppolo to go through his process and decision-making.
McVay said they were 'Hopeful' and ... Exact Quote ... 'When the time is right, he will change his mind.'
That suggests to me that Garoppolo is currently clearly leaning towards retirement but the Rams are waiting and hoping he will change his mind.

If you include people not following the team, I.e. general sports, Fred Roggin was giving more and better Rams info during the relocation saga - Vinny was a mouthpiece

Too funny. I remember him being called that over at the PD. What a train wreck that site was. But then again, we likely wouldn’t have this place if not for the good ole PD forum.
Jumped ship to ROD in July of 2010. Almost sixteen years later, I can't imagine going elsewhere.
I would've been stuck at that life-sucking piece of shit site that was RamStalk, were it not for @-X- . Will always love that man for that. He and G made this site amazing, for Rams fans who like to shoot the shit.

I remember "lurking", as @-X called it for about 6-8 months here before asking to join ROD. I think that he had pretty tight rules to agree with before I was allowed to join up.
It became no fun trying to enjoy a conversation about the Rams over there at the PD septic tank.
Of course, the team pretty much sucked back then as well.
It's a great time to be a Rams fan these days.
And while I'm at it ....... Fuck the whiners !!!!
