Since McVay has taken over, I have felt that the Rams are the best run organization in the NFL, and have created an incredible team culture.

This (if true) is very worrying. I hope that this has been addressed.

I hate those extremely rare occasions where I agree with the California court system. But the NFL has no business handling a case like that. So take a picture as I congratulate the golden state on this one. :laugh2:

That said and generally speaking I am not a fan of people suing for termination unless it is a blatantly bad situation. Been terminated for no good reason multiple times in my youth, each instance of which made me stronger and more capable for what was next and I believe growth comes via hardship. So no idea where this one falls, and I hate to say it but if I were a young business entrepreneur I would hire very carefully as it pertains to the female side of the species. Way too much entitlement and emotional volatility in that group in my estimation nowadays.

It may have happened in a department that McVay has no say in. Would have to know what "supervisor" fired her, maybe in scouting? groundskeeping? security? concessions?? who knows.

Yup, its why my company is 100% men lol.

I agree that it is very likely not in a department that McVay is responsible for (that would very much surprise me). Kroenke is the one who has to clean this up.

"I'm Brittany and I currently work with the Los Angeles Rams. My roles include relationship management with the Rams VIP Season Ticket Members and overseeing the premium club spaces at SoFi Stadium. I currently build relationships with my clients through creating long-lasting memories for them, and providing world-class service. Throughout the year I focus on many tentpole events, raising retention, stadium operations and more. The Rams have had an exciting few years since moving back to Los Angeles, including winning Super Bowl LVI. I’m very proud of that achievement and the role I played to help my team reach such an amazing goal."

She is Not related to team operations at all. She is on the sales and marketing side.

The worst part of owning/running a business is the employees.

And I could see it being a good ole boy department. Salesmen are a different breed from other departments that exist in today's environment. At least where I have worked in the past.

If anyone talked like that to a woman in every other department for every company I have worked, they would either get an immediate suspension or fired.

Yeah being a real estate developer and having to deal with sales teams and marketing I can say they are mostly heavy drinkers and not heavy thinkers.

Let's be honest. Salesmen are bullshitters. Their job is to sell you something whether you want it or not. And what's the best way for good old boys to bullshit/shoot the bull? With a drink in their hand!!! Sounds like Puka ain't the only guy in the Rams organization who should lay off the liquor!!!!!!
