If you remember, in "LA" some Rams fans switched to the Raiders in part because the team moved to Anaheim. I never got that, but it's true.

And then the fucking raiders pulled the same shit on them and left the same summer the Rams left. Which is mind boggling considering the Raiders could have had this city to their selves. I hate the raiders more than I hate any other team, because they were the ones that made it possible for a team to move without League approval. Well wait a minute I hate the Patriots more than any other team. Oh wait again I hate the whiners. As you can see I hate a lot of other teams. It is why I stayed a Rams fan even when they left us in LA. I hated so many teams I couldn't find a good one to take the Rams place. Oh well, its all good now.

My first and only game that I saw the Rams play in the Coliseum was against the Browns. I wondered why for years we played this AFC team like it was some rivalry game in 1973. I found out later that the Rams had moved from Cleveland only 27 years before and there were probably serious Rams haters in Cleveland alive, still. The Rams are the only NFL Champion to play in another city, one year after winning it all the previous year (1945).

Don't dwell on the darkest years of my life. I hated the Raiders being here, and the fact that it was the last straw in Rams leaving LA? Well, I would have never gotten over it if the Rams hadn't moved back.

The only thing that came out of it was my running into Tim Brown in a Chinese restaurant in the valley while they played here. He ended up inviting my g/f and I to his table. Very cool dude.

Fields would not have changed anything for the better. I agree with those who think it would have been worse. The problem is the team as a whole needs players.

I have no problem with Kay Adams. She is just another talking head with her own bias. All of them have their favorite teams. I don't think I've ever heard anything specific from her, i.e. nothing worse than any other talking head, male or female. Maybe people don't like her because she's not a guy or something.

Cleveland had the title-taking Browns and all their glory so a lot of fans were okay with Rams leaving. After Cleveland Rams won it in 1945 there was little fanfare. But when you think about it teams were moving west... Dodgers, the Rams, and the Lakers. It was time for expansion. Leaving some disappointed fans behind but I get the feeling after reading stories that they weren't as offended as fans get these days.
