I see it down here in south FL but it just doesn’t work for me.
simple really
picture a bowl of lightly fried calamari with banana peppers, marinara sauce and dusted with parmesan cheese spread out over a pizza crust.
Th other day I was looking around for pizza with the little fish.
I guess they don't do anchovies so much, out here on the left coast...
But they sure as hell did in Rhode Island.
It’s sad. Anchovies are a great add to a pizza if they don’t try to make it the star. It should be a light amount and just add complexity to the pizza. You almost never see it offered any more.Th other day I was looking around for pizza with the little fish.
