I wonder about that, too. We sometimes run into a stacked front or seem to not see that a deep drop might not be best in an obvious blitz look. I don't know if Goff doesn't see it at times or if Goff is limited in audible freedom. Or both.
How about trying a pass into the end zone. How about using higbee. That play is called almost every time we are inside the 10.

It happens vs HOF WRs. Weddle is supposed do be the deep help though.
Like Charles Davis said, both are going to have wins. Julio isn't the best or one of the best for no reason.
OK. it aint PI... BUT...they were more than 5 yards downfield and he has Woods with both hands. I agree PI is not the call...but dude was holding Woods.

Heh heh Peters would've gotten beat for a touchdown. Not to mention, have people forgot its mother f*cking Julio Jones? Debatably the best Wide out in the NFL. Its a great match up.
