Worst possible time slot for me - 1130pm kick off on a Sunday night and I have a stacked diary at work Monday. I might have to go dark for 24hours and watch the game Monday night.

I will watch the other 3 games.
Bad timing for me last week

I notified a cut of meat of sale this week.

Last week I did the ingredients with smokies and it was incredible.

For the rams game I plan to have the Mississippi toast with mashed potatoes and gravy

Very similar to Chicago’s Italian beef

I just threw a pork butt (bone in) into the crock pot with a little beef broth, a jar of sliced pepperoccinis with their juice, ranch seasoning packet, and au jus flavoring packet.

Gonna cook on low all night.

I made a metric ton of chili for the games yesterday. Had plenty of eaters, but still have some left for today, and the best day to eat chili....... is the next day.

Some pics I snapped during the cook. There was 5 lbs of beef, 1 lb of Hot Italian sausage and another lb of chorizo up in this bitch, along with a fuck ton of veggies.

What kind of voodoo magic are you creating!

After it is done, then how do you serve that up?

Later, I'm grilling up a thick cut, bone in NY steak, rubbed with some Pig Feathers steak seasoning.
And maybe a side of linguine with my home made pesto sauce, along with some pan fried asparagus in olive oil, sprinkled with minced garlic..
