These guys, who know as much as we do about our team, all said it, and all agree, we should take an OT first pick. To protect us from not having a quality starter if either go down

I said the same above. Maybe the smart move is covering our weakest and most important depth position, OT, then take a WR (in a deep deep draft for them) later. The drop off at OT will be sharp after round 1 because too many prospects now look better suited to play guard

They also say Sadiq is the wild card. Lemon is mentioned too

One of the reasons trades are expected in this draft is because there's only about 7 starters at OT (I've heard a couple media types mention this). So they think teams will want to jump to get their tackle if it's a need.

So on one side of that coin we need a swing OT and could take one of them. Or on the other side of it maybe we drop a bit and take a guy who's a bit of a project.

I certainly think they'll draft a couple OL. Question is where and do they move around to optimize picks and maybe roll the dice some.

Starting to lean towards OL. I am thinking long term impact along with an important 26' insurance policy, wins out. That along with a deep WR draft, means OL then WR.

Also, if they feel Stafford plays more than 1 year, then OL is important with so many 27' FA OL on this roster.

A month ago I might have yelled "Blasphemy" at your post.
If the right OL guy is there, this makes lots of sense now.
Still want a 3 down backer with the third pick, though.

Just watched the JB Long draft day show, and they are talking OL as a priority in their minds.

They pointed out KDots injury in Seattle and then DJ Humphrey in Altanta, are perfect examples of why OL depth is big.

What I know ? I forgot what I know beyI’m drinking & heading out to music.
I guess what I know is I LOVE LOVE.Has anyone EVER seen a STUD RB with less Miles in Carries ? He NEVER FUMBLED in college. How great is that.

Notre Dame would have made the Final NCAA Playoffs if he played more or had more carries.

Maybe even a Heisman Trophy ?

I know for a fact this will go down as the WTF were they thinking draft. I just don't know if it will be because of the selections the regime made or the people who asked WTF about those selections!!!
