As a past mathematics student I cringe when I see reasoning like this. The transitive property of numbers (i.e., For real numbers A, B, and C; if A>B, and B>C, then A>C) does not apply to feature rich domains like competitive sports or other domains in real life in general. That is because there are simply too many factors (e.g., injuries, game planning, game plan execution, team conditioning, etc.) to account for for such a relatively simple rule. It works for numbers because numbers themselves are a relatively simple domain.
You heard it here first folks! Math doesn't apply to real life.

We all suspected it, now the math intelligencia admit it.

Take that, Mr. Raab! I told you that what you were saying was useless.

The Dallas LB corp was a wrecking crew last night. They are what won that game. Vander Esch is going to be a really good one....he is already. Sean Lee just can't stay healthy, but when he was in there, Dallas was a different team as well. I honestly think that is the best way to stop these new spread type NFL O's. You need sure tackling LB's who have great lateral pursuit. They eat up the middle part of the field where a lot of these offenses usually feast.

It's a great morning! I went to sleep KNOWING the Ramd control their own destiny now!!!

They need to win out overlooking NO TEAM or they could find themselves needing help from other teams to secure home field for the playoffs.

I hope the Ram defense saw the benefit of GREAT TACKLING!!! That's what stood out in that game. Dallas tackled really well!!!

The Ram D' has yet to play their best...BUT...they need to turn it up a notch...NOW!!!

I went to bed early with a migraine last night, couldn't watch the game, waking up to this it's like Christmas came early. GO RAMS!!!

Saints will lose again. At least once. Carolina is a division rival and too good a team to lose to the saints twice in 3 weeks. And I would say Steelers have an outside shot of beating them as well. The Big Ben led steelers will always be dangerous regardless of the year or circumstance.

Saints will finish with 3-4 losses rams will finish with 1-2. We will lock up home field advantage and once you get in the playoffs it’s anyone’s game but I’d rather be in warm Cali.

2009 Saints lost to the Bucs, Cowboys, and Panthers.

2018 Saints have lost to Bucs, Cowboys, ...

Looks like we are going to have to take a dive against the Panthers.

I wouldn’t recommend it drew and the boys aren’t the same team outside of NOLA.

The heart of our secondary is back sir. I can assure you your offense will have to do something other than target Michael Thomas on Marcus Peters to beat us again. Ain’t happening with aquib out there. Kamara will get his. But not afraid of the saints. Especially on the road

And you shouldn’t be, you’re a fan of the Rams. You having doubts about the Rams would be like me having doubts about the Saints. It’s hard to approach these topics without bias.

But you are forgetting one thing. While Aquib has come back, nobody has seen him play yet, so who knows what that box holds. We missed Marcus Davenport in the Saints vs Rams matchup. Since his return the Saints have logged 13 sacks in 2 games.

It will be a different game when/if these two teams play again, but all we have to go on is that one game that the Saints won.

Man, they really did.
I was a little jealous of their LB play .
Yeah. The Rams would have awesome D' if we had 4 Littleton's at LB.

To be fair, there was a glimmer of hope with Ebukam's play against KC. We just have to hope to see steady improvement with our young LB corps.

Which I believe gives the Rams a little bit of an edge no matter where they pay. They played them in their house. They'll have a better feel for what they're up against. Wade Phillips has had a down year, we can't deny that. But guys with his pedigree tend to come up with better game plans in the bigger games. And defenses in general tend to play better in the playoffs.

Lol, I hope the Rams are not as focused as we are looking to a rematch in the NFCCG. What if you focused so much on that game and they got knocked off in the prior round? I think right now the Rams are focused on the Lions. After that the Bears and so forth. McVay has done a good job keeping them focused on the task at hand.

Damn it! That's exactly what I was going to say!
