I can only assume when he said "more if we wanted" he was referring to Dahl and Mikell. And... if you cut them you open more holes.

I think it's likely $10M because Dahl and Mikell are safe unless some scenarios present themselves that they shift gears to "patch this hole in lieu of creating another that is more favorable to the draft and/or cap dollars with 2nd-3rd tier FA's".

If that makes any sense.
