That's a really dumb stance. Cards need a lot of help on that roster and by the time they matter he'll be done. Dude has bled for the team. I'd move him for the best offer from an AFC team.
He also has to say this to return a little bit of leverage to the club, or actually Keim should have said it.

Sorry man don't see that. Other GMs know what the Cards are lookin at. Offers aren't going to change too much outside of basic supply and demand once he's on the market. Could even argue that putting him on the market benefits in having teams compete, like with what happened with the Raiders/Cowboys trade.

So how does this work again? Do I get irritable with you for disagreeing with me and take my toys and go home? Maybe I start a random thread full of passive aggressive talk about how you disagreed with me? :D

Actually I don't disagree with what you're saying, all I'm saying is when a player any player comes out and says they want to be traded to the public the front office and management have to and always do walk it back saying they won't trade said player. I'm not saying because of Wilks' comments they won't trade him. Just this is standard operating procedure.

I think Patrick Peterson going to us is the least of their worries. Either way, we need an edge rusher and maybe a run stuffing LB. Not another corner.

Here's a hypothetical thought: what if the Rams did trade with the Cardinals? The guy I target is not Peterson nor is it Fitzgerald. The guy I'd inquire about is Haason Reddick. I'd love to see what Reddick could do on the edge.

Chandler Jones. Give them a 1st, Jamon Brown and a bottle of scotch whiskey for Keim.

Come on, lighten up on the guy. Would you want to face our offense for the next few years? Do you also really think they can overtake the Rams in 3 years...... lol Dont know how to use the blue font :)
I'm sure Peterson would love to face our offense the next few years... in practice:D.

A guy like PP could shift the power for the playoffs. Glad the Saints don't have the money. Don't know who does that can make a difference come playoff time. Hope he stays put.

The saints traded for Eli Apple. They’re no longer in the market for Peterson.

I’m sure he did and still wants one, but he’s playing the game.

Teams don’t like players to behave as much like mercs as the owners treat them.

So he’s affirming loyalty and if he’s not traded, expect him to be the first one clearing out his locker expecting never to return and deleting the AZ contacts from his phone.

I'm hoping he stays committed at staying at least for this season, we don't want this guy on a team we might play in the playoffs
