This Saturday night at my regular venue (Alice in Chains,BLS,7Dust,Deftones, Anthrax,Down,STP, Steve Vai, Robin Thrower so many others) which holds about 1000 standing room only. I am literally blessed to be going to this particular Megadeth show for numerous reasons.
1. My uncle raised me on metal/thrash so I was hooked by age 8. He saw so many bands always finding a way backstage to party with likes of Pantera, G N' R, Zombie, Megadeth, Ozzy countless times, so many others.
2. He's lived in BFE aka Mobridge,SD with his wife and kids the last 20 years in which I've seen him only a handful of times visiting back to AZ. Each time he's missed a badass band either a few weeks too early or late. Finally this opportunity arises.
3. He is able to fly out, CTE just happens to be his all time fav album and we'll also get to visit his mom/my grandmother and grandfather for her 80th bday up in Sedona.
4. I have intent plans to move on the Caribbean part of Costa Rica by next year so my opportunities to seeing an epic concert like this with my uncle will be a life long memory that him and I will finally be able to accomplish after a 20 plus year absence.
