Some people say that New York City is the greatest city in the world, but how do they know?

If you haven't been to every city there may be a one you don't know about in the Indian Ocean that is home to only 27 people.

25 of those who live there are hot chicks that'll blow you for a nickel. And the other two people are dudes who hand out free nickels. Now that would be a great city. At least I'd think so.
