SEGMENT 2 - Jim Thomas: Shh..., one way to stay tight and rewarding, hello Jim, some good things including EJ Gaines to take away from the Rams' first preseason game, hope the Rams improve quickly with run defense and tackling, correlation to there being no tackling in practice, familiar to see 14 penalties but most were committed by likely non-starters, thoughts on Michael Sam's first game, main competitor Ethan Westbrooks did not look bad, Stedman Bailey having another impressive showing even though he's suspended for the first 4 games, positive dialogue happening between Rams and private sector on keeping franchise in the area, be nice to see bigger signs that Rams are indeed going to stay
