I'll be happy for 4/25/2019 so we can talk about some new stuff and the Rams will not go RB early.

I just finished Binging Breaking Bad for the second time a month ago. So good.
I gotta look into Ray Donovan after the draft plus 2 days reviewing our sweet picks we made
Queue up a Better Call Saul weekend marathon before the football season starts. It's every bit as good as Breaking Bad.

This draft has a lot going on. Could be some great drama. Lots of differing opinions from mockers. The top is kinda set except the QB spots (Cardinals and Giants). Having the Rams pick late makes predicting more difficult for us. This is still very important and exciting draft to me and the Rams. I guess night two could be slow waiting for two picks late in round 3. You never know Trader Les could get a pick in round 2 or earlier in round 3. There has been a notable divide between ROD members for the first pick. O Line or D Line (other D positions) have created interesting discussions. It's the NFL draft and there is nothing like it in all of sports. It could be considered better than watching a week of actual playing believe it or not.

I agree. I think there's a lot of intrigue as far as who will be on the board when the Rams pick, and also trying to get into the mind of Sead and McVay to see who they value (and perhaps showing what they think of the current roster). I suspect they go with Nasir Adderley.

He is in play if available. He can contribute right away and well beyond. Snead and McVay will want to get a player that can contribute this year.

Not sure but most likely back to CO, SD, ID, MT, WY, AZ & UT, but I most always go west from where I am. I always stop when I hit the California, Oregon & Washington state lines.

If I go towards the north eastern part of the US .....PA is as far as I can go.

I’d love to come into money, custom make a Newell and just travel the country.

It's a great country with some really good people here. Try to miss as many cities as you can.

The major cities are a mess though & the road surfaces in most cities will cause damage to a nice motorhome. Best big cities with the best roads are Rapid City SD & Salt Lake City UT.

Make your Newell very small or you will see much less or all you see is what is on the Interstate. I have found out less is more, much more when it comes to the vehicle. Might want to throw in some versatility too. Helps with the blood pressure:D.

i don't consider the 3rd round early but early enough to think that the rams see him as a rb that will get at least 10 touches per game. that will mesh well with gurley who looked gassed at times during the season. the rams must ensure he's fresh for the playoffs. we haven't seen that yet the last two seasons.

This is what I love about the draft. Teams flip the script in real time as the draft takes on a life of its own and the fans go apeshit. It's some of the best drama out there today lol. (y)

At least we didn't take a RB in round 1. That week long self-imposed hiatus would have sucked. And alcohol helped me through my annual realization that the Rams didn't want the guys I wanted as bad as I wanted them. Or something like that <hic!>.

I haven't really observed too many fans flipping out, but it seems that the game of studying college players and mocking a few of them to our favorite team has become exponentially more difficult as our Rams have become successful. We see losses along the DL or OL to free agency and we quite naturally desire quality replacements, same for any position we may think has depth problems. What we don't know is what McVay and his coaches have already figured out about newer additions and whether they may indeed be ready to take the next step, potentially to a starting role. Our best OG went to another team, our Center has retired and our other OG suffered some abuse in what was likely the most important game of his life. Management must feel that Noteboom, Allen & Blythe are ready or either the draft or free agency plays out differently. Bobby Evans will work himself into the depth chart likely as a back-up OG with swing OT upside for 2019, and hopefully be capable of starting in 2020, even if only as a quality replacement in the event of an injury. We know very little about Jamil Demby and even less about Brian Allen. Same goes on the other side of the ball with Franklin-Myers and less knowledge about Sebastian Joseph, but this doesn't mean they aren't capable players, only that we as fans are mostly in the dark. Unless the Rams find a quality starting veteran CAP cut player from another team in the final phase of free agency, this entire off-season other than Eric Weddle is all about depth, and there is nothing wrong with that for a really good team. The Rams will add 4 more draftees tomorrow along with probably another 10 UFA's soon after, with a little luck and a lot of skill, hopefully Snead continues with his 'hit parade'.

Not just talkin about Rams fans here River. Talkin about fans in general, from the guys at the draft to electronic fandom across the internet.

I had a great time reading the threads after the draft, and had I been there in real time throughout I would have been right there with some of the funniest posts too lol.

Can we stop all the drama surrounding Gurley? The first three picks will go something like; DL, OL, & DB.
So first 3 picks:
S Taylor Rapp Wash
RB Daryll Henderson Memphis
CB David Long Michigan

So now the draft is done with how do you feel about your prediction of our first 3 picks and my main question is : WHATS UP WITH GURLEYS KNEE?:rimshot::redcard:

The more I learn about these guys the better I like them. Also according to McVay Todd is fine, Henderson just adds another playmaker to the offense.

The Rams had their sites on Henderson specifically. Someone got nervous and pulled the trigger on trading up in order to not chance losing out in a run at RBs. I would have liked Saunders or Ferguson before a RB but Henderson is an intriguing complement to Gurley who will likely be a RB1B vs RB2.

There was a run on RBs immediately afterward, so they were likely right. I hope they were right in how they valued him - counting later moves necessitated by the Henderson trade, it probably cost them two potential starters (two late thirds for him. Then when a guy they wanted was in the late thirds, traded their final third and a fourth to move up, getting a fifth back. Then when a guy they wanted was falling to the late fourth, traded two fifths to get him. All the guys they got except Henderson could have been gotten without moving, including a late 3rd RB, pick 101 to get whomever they wanted, and another late 5th.) But if he is as electric as they expect, all is great.

the whole draft was planned around getting henderson. the rams need gurley firing on all cylinders in the playoffs. that hasn't happened yet and the rams paid dearly for it. henderson will be mcvay's rams chris thompson so he will get his touches, make a ton of yards and keep gurley fresher for the playoffs.
