He was working out with him last year too. I'm glad he picks great receivers to learn from. Say what you want about TO, that man was a football player.

Have the utmost respect for him as a WR... but not a great team player

Early on in his career he was nothing more then a yap dog. Hit him early and he developed a terrible case of alligator arms and had the dropsies.

I remember Aeneas Williams leveling TO on the first series of the game, TO dropped almost every pass thrown his way that game. He wanted no part of gettin hit like that again.

Say what you will but the Sharpie inciden, it was great, very fun to watch. But the Dallas incident(s) was even better. Watching him egg-on the Cowpuke fans was hilarious. I love that kind of stuff. End zone celebrations, Ikky shuffle, Gastineau's sack dancing, all great stuff.
Just watched the Owens video in Dallas, great stuff.

Working out with TO could be just what he needs to get some confidence and swagger.

TO was allot of things but he was always in fantastic shape and was rarely injured. He took great care of his body and quick is a carbon copy size wise, but nothing like him as a me guy. Quick interview the other day just drove home the point about him being a worker...

He says he just wants to make the team better and his game film matches up last season. Quick hustles and blocks his tail off and he is a wr not getting the ball much...that tells me a ton about his character as a team player.

Well...lets hope Quick doesn't get "Owens-itus" when it comes to conceit. Owens..(with less of a ME mentality), would probably still be playing...and threatening Jerry Rice's records.

He's a guy that will look back in time and say..." If I...coulda...woulda...shoulda".

So lets hope Quick learned the skills...and dumped the rest.

Sad to see so many positive comments on a Rams forum about a piece of crap like Owens. Second most overrated WR in history behind Rice, and both are pure human garbage.

Who doesn't love a good ole sucker punch? Pretty cool of TO to keep his cool after getting rocked tho.
More like a hard shove than anything, can't say I can feel sorry for the guy stomping on a tradition not once but twice, no matter how I feel about Cowboys fans. A douche can't be mad when somebody chooses to outdouche him.
