Those last two games are just so great.
Losing at home in the NFC Title Game to your most bitter rival....I don't know how long an org takes to bounce back form that, but, that is a sort of franchise definer.....at least in the short term.....now, they have to finish it out.

It just seems to defy the law of diminishing returns. For the 9ers, this was an absolutely soul-crushing loss to the Rams, made all the worse by the fact that they blew a 10-point 4th quarter lead. And on the other side, for the Rams, it was just fucking glorious ... ending the streak ... beating them in the NFC championship game ... in our house, with a Super Bowl on the line, also in our house ... overcoming the 10-point deficit ... absolutely shutting them down at the end when they needed to do something to re-assert themselves ... taking them out of their normal game and finally forcing Jimmy G to try to beat us, which he couldn't ... everything just came together so perfectly.

Yeah, that's gonna leave a mark ... a bad one for them, and a good one for us.

Jesus, I must admit I enjoy any dumpster fire from that organization, and oh mama are they delivering this off-season. All that chest-thumping devolving into this mess is great entertainment.

Always funny these idiots complaining about the refs don't mention the ones their team gets away with.

They absolutely don't mention the penalty that should have been called on Cincy the play before the Logan PI that actually was a PI.

They post that AD offside which he was and act like it was late in the game when it was on their first 4th down they went for yes that changes a drive maybe but how many didn't they call on Cincy? How many a game do the Shitbirds get away with? How many false starts do they get away with? So fucking tired of this crap narrative that the NFL wanted us to win so we did. Go cry into your starbucks and enjoy your once beautiful city that's now worse than SF.
