I think Long's comment shows what's at stake. These men want to win badly. I believe Fish is the right man to lead them. We all would like to see it happen faster, but it doesn't always work out that way. Many things have to come together and some things you just can't control. Hard work will pay off!! Veterans to mentor these young players might help too. Rams have the mindset to get this done. Keep the faith.
