I think the Rams could beat Chicago because Chicago’ defense struggles against the pass and there offense has a tendency to struggle out of the gate. Green Bay had no trouble scoring on them and if their kicker doesn’t miss two chip shot FG attempts and a XP this game is much different. I don’t think The Niners can beat Philly and Seattle so I believe that if The Rams are going make it to the Super Bowl
they will have to beat either Philly or Chicago on the road eventually. I would welcome a scenario where somehow the Niners somehow take down Philly and Seattle in consecutive weeks while the Rams dispatch the Bears much more if it wasn’t for the possibility might look like a Sea of Red ar SoFi a trio to their own stadium for the Super Bowl on the line. I know how great it felt when the Rams did it so I can imagine what losing in the same situation would sting.

Chicago is such a wild card. Up and down. Plus we are totally unfamiliar with them and they have so many weapons that our skilled guys cannot keep up with.

So, I would rather play Seattle due to the familiarity.

And then Philly.

This would complete the NFC revenge tour.

Having just come off an east coast road win I think it's much better if we play Seattle. Little shorter plane ride and better weather. Doesn't really matter though. I like the idea of the Rams in Darnold's head for a week before they line up. I have to believe he doesn't want to see the Rams.

I'm not sure it matters because weather can be bad in both Seattle and Chicago. The Rams are familiar with Seattle and played them 2 very different games with a "ref assisted" loss at their place. The wind can affect the game in both places.

The main thing is to "KEEP YOUR CHARACTER"!!! We saw it in both games yesterday. The Rams and Packers...both teams suddenly lost their mojo and could get nothing going offensively. In the face of adversity...the Rams found theirs and "flipped the script" on both sides of the ball...AND WON!!!

We've seen it a few times with the Rams this year...at Philly, at Seattle, and at Carolina (twice). All games that the Rams had well in hand but suddenly adversity kicked in...(you can't figure it, but things fall apart). It's an aura that you don't understand but suddenly the tables turn on you and you gotta play through it.

THE RAMS DID THAT YESTERDAY...so it doesn't matter where you go...you have to "KEEP YOUR CHARACTER" to win!!!

Id rather play Chicago. Because that means SF beat Philly and that means we still have a shot at a home game in the NFCCG.

Probably this....that said, I don't love the idea of Darnold getting a potentially easy first playoff win to boost his confidence. So I won't be mad if we go to Seattle next week

I don't want any part of Chicago. If our defense has issues tackling semi mobile QBs imagine having to tackle Williams
