Historically the first year means very little with QBs. Queue up the greatest QBs ever and take a look. He has all the tools the great ones have, and being a pocket QB is great for his chances of having a long career.

Goff is 21. The dude has roughly 15ish years in this league to look ahead to as a pocket passer. IMO a lot of these guys are gonna look stupid when he starts carving up defenses.

As I've mentioned before, I'm not going to let these idiots ruin my experience of seeing our highly talented kid QB come online. I remain excited to see him get in there and start his career.

Did I read that right? that numbnut said the Rams prefer their #3 QB, that isnt even active on gameday, over Goff. Yet Goff is the back up and active on gameday. I think I feel dumber after reading this.

I feel kinda bad for Mannion, he's found himself in a tough spot. His outlook for seeing playing time looks pretty bleak. I thought his improvement over the last year would at least get him on the field for a few snaps. He showed a good understanding of how to run the offense in pre season.
