I don't harbor grudges at all on this front.

But that aside I don't have a problem with those who seem determined to take victory laps on this issue, either, as it was quite contentious. Some of those same "wailers" were of the mind that Detroit was going to sail on to Super Bowl victory, but of course that didn't happen for obvious reasons. That being the fact Detroit was saddled with a QB who you could offtrack by moving him off his spot.
Yeah, we define "victory lap" differently. Being so embittered over a player that a person hates him years later and can't admit that he's become a pretty darn good QB is something else entirely. It's weird behavior, grudge-holding. And I don't understand why people hold that grudge. He did his best while here. Gave us some fun years. Came up short. And then we won our Super Bowl without him. He went to Detroit, got his career back on track, and improved as a player. I'm happy for us. I'm happy for them. Win-win.
