Some of the reasons why I could not figure-out why it was Kubiak to the Raiders or Cardinals.
I realize the Raiders are far from a perfect opportunity (weak roster and a goof-ball, rich-man's son at owner) but there are real positives on their list.
Do the Cardinals have ANY positives on their list?
My question is who is he taking with him?

Now Morris is DEAD to me
I sure freaking hope so. If so, he’ll be set up perfectly for a HC job next year.

I hope he doesn’t go with LaFleur
I would hope he sticks with McVay instead of going there and like with the Rams likely doesn't call plays but we'll see what MLF does.
He also has people who were with him in NY to grab but yeah we could lose a couple. Unless he promotes somebody to OC or DC though I'm not sure many leave for a lateral move.
Or Pleasant, it sounds like Raheem was the 3rd finalist along with MLF and Kubiak in Arizona.
