Daboll personally called Harbaugh and recommended the Giants job to him after the Ravens fired him. There are some reports that if Todd Monken gets a head job that Harbaugh might retain Daboll as OC. Obviously if Buffalo offers him the head job that won’t happen.
Bills are screwed. It's funny that McDermitt did the first draft or two before Beane came on board and that was the foundation of the team.
He must have done a really good job satisfying the trophy wife who calls the shots in Buffalo.
Flores is a fit in Pittsburgh. Would like to see that hire.
Maybe they believe Matt Nagy is the next HC of Tennessee?

I had to google him to see where he even was these days.
Just curious (as I don't pay attention to Buffalo personnel moves), what has the GM done (or not done) that has hurt the team? What are the bad moves? What good moves didn't he make in free agency. Just looking over their last 4 or 5 drafts, I see some familiar names.

Hey I stated in an earlier post. The personnel (especially on O) has been brutal. James Cook has been good, but their receivers are just average. Their top pick barely made an impact (just like years past)
FA has not been great for them. All of WRs from FA have crashed and burned. They got Amari Cooper (got hurt), they had Diggs (did not get along with Allen) and then now here's Cooks who is pretty much a 3rd WR in the NFL now.
THey got Joey Bosa (meh year) and Von Miller was a bust.
Plus, they are not hitting on a lot of draft picks
Mediocre OL, a good RB but no depth, one WR who is ok and the rest are missed draft picks and 1 TE. In short imo he hasn't given his QB tools to work with. He's relying on him to be superman.
Their first round pick started the season on IR. Came back in October.
They've used 9 different receivers. Too many injuries?
Von Miller being a bust is the GM's fault? Weren't most Ram fans either pissed as all hell at VM for leaving for the money or pissed at the Rams for not outbidding Buffalo?
Injuries have taken their toll on Bosa, sure. But he played the most games he's played since 2021.
Michael Hoecht was injured after playing 2 games.
Are their draft picks that bad?
I don't know. I've heard the talking heads say, why fire McDermott with all the injuries the Bills have had. That doesn't work for the GM. Why the HC instead? 8 straight years of playoff losses and despite the injuries, they were in position to go all the way without Mahomes, Lamar and Burrow in the postseason.
Their WR core went from elite to average at best, secondary needs help........ They will free fall is my opinion, they were retooling a bit as they were staying competitive kind of like we did. It isn't easy to stay competitive as we all know while replacing aging players and maintaining the cap. If they don't get the right guy that will come in and play to personnel strengths instead of trying to change their identity, they could be in real trouble
