Well The Rams are being very secretive on D J Humpries.
I find it very interesting on what The Rams are thinking.Does Alaric Jackson land on the pup list to start the season?
J.Bogen seems to think SO? I can see it,only because when The Rams played a clip of Stafford they made sure it was hiding Humpries at LT.
IMO - though I’m thinking the opposite,only because I haven’t seen Humpries & think he is the one who starts on the PUP!
Crazy thinking on my part,but my reasoning makes sense on how TEAMS play games with rosters to start the season.
They have SO many solid O”Lineman T depth they need to keep.The Rams signed Humpries for protection,because of Alaric Jackson’s condition.
Now I know as much(little) as any one here basically.From the start there was a game plan for Alaric Jackson to be ready to go.He is right where Mcvay(The Rams) want him to be.Now WE find out how The Rams are going to play this.
Humpries is an Old Vet,who is getting paid,but is like an INSURANCE plan.He doesn’t need to play unless it’s an emergency.
Quessenburry - played LT against the Chargers 1st Team to make me feel The Rams are comfortable with him as a backup.He plays Guard as well.

Jackson will have to go on NFI not IR since it is not football related.
