I am surprised more than a few posters consider A.J. Arcuri any kind of viable option.

To me, his role has been specific and clear. Collect a Practice Squad pay-check to fill a useful in-week-practice-role at multiple OL positions, allowing veteran O-Linemen to rest during a long season.

For example, over the past few seasons, Rob Havenstein regularly received at least one day off from practice (during the season). These days were regularly reported by the Rams as DNP (Did Not Practice) / Rest Days.

Arcuri will turn 29 before the start of this season. He has been Game-Day-Active ... in uniform ... a total of just ten times in four seasons ... eight of which was the disaster year of 2022 when the Rams had 7 OL on IR; and were signing players off-the-street on Tuesday and starting them on Sunday.

Do you remember how McVay was joking that he had not met and did not know the names of some of the offensive linemen who were starting that week ... BUT ... in true McVay ... All Class Fashion ... praised their professionalism and expressed gratitude for their contributions.

Remember Matt Skura, Ty Nsekhe and Oday Aboushi? Those guys were not on ANY roster to open the season, were signed during the year because of all the injuries. They combined for 34 games and started 20 games.

Heck, Jeremiah Kolone, Chandler Brewer, Bobby Evans and Tremayne Anchrum combined to play in 25 games, with 12 starts. Arcuri started one game that year ... Bryce Perkins was the Quarterback

Not so fast...!

The article goes on to say:

"The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office said the case was sent to the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office for possible misdemeanor charges. The city attorney's office said the case is under review."

So, felony dropped, but misdemeanor charges still in play!

Not out of the woods yet!

but there is still the NFL conduct policy.. guessing they give him 6 games and lowered to 3 after appeal

Under review as a misdemeanor? I get the conduct thing and all and maybe you’re right. But if they’re not even sure about misdemeanor charges, I’m hoping he gets away with a finger wag. Of course Goodhell always wants to make it look like the shield gives a shit - so……… stay tuned.

This really doesn’t explain what actually happened or what was said according to the police report.Some where she basically said she HIT him.Then it also seemed like he was KICKING HER out,meaning taking clothes to the car.

was in response to her video recording him and wanted her to stop.The marks from her being combative.I honestly don’t know the law,but can visualize the circumstances of what was going on.

The MAGA FLAGS(red) are Kid,Age,relationship.Point being,is it his kid,they said ex girlfriend,and there age difference is she is almost 7 years older.

IMO this woman was getting kicked out & she didn’t give a F””@
about the harm she could cause Alaric.Her intent was just that and provoked what happened.How he responded is another thing IMO ?
He was not trying to HARM HER,and that could be his saving grace.

Any man who puts themselves in Alaric’s space has to think what would they do ? I’m sure those weren’t the only words used & she wasn’t happy with what was going on.You also have to think she just was losing her SUGAR DADDY(baby). WTF - wondering what kind of piece of AZZ that was ??? He’s 27 6’7 338 lbs,getting ready to go on summer break.
If you think about his off season,they haven’t been to good & he got PAID $57 million.Last year with the Blood Clot.He also had that issue before.This 3 game suspension was with who ?? You have to believe this person had done some homework knowing he had an issue of being suspended 3 games for this similar thing.Doesn’t seem like alcohol was involved.IMO a vindictive person can really mess a person up bad legally.
