Why should anyone have a problem with Reeder being a LB coach? As long as he is not out there missing tackles, I'm good with him holding a clipboard.
I would prefer Reeder as an assistant coach over him actually playing linebacker for the Los Angeles Rams.

You cannot keep everybody. You do your best to choose the best 53 for your roster and hope that no one poaches the guys you want in the PS. At least we are losing promising talent rather than building a roster with guys who belong on the street

sorry about the bad info, the article I read said if he wasn't claimed he would return to his team and the team has 4 days to reach an injury settlement. If no settlement is reached, said player is placed on IR for the remainder of the season.
