Bets will stand on any event that is delayed or rescheduled by up to 50 hours. Any event that starts later than the 50 hour time limit will be void and affected bets will settled as a push with stakes refunded. Overtime counts if played.
Games stating "vs" rather than "@" are not location specific to either team. It is up to the bettor to know where the game is and whether this provides an advantage. If the scheduled venue is changed then bets will be void.
I am not planning on making the Super Bowl a no-limits event.
The planned 'win' limits for each ROD member on the final Super Bowl Sportsbook will be $30K on the outright winner with 2 maximum bets, $20K on the handicap winner with 2 maximum bets, and $10K on the combined score Over/Under with 2 maximum bets. Those limits will all be increased to 3 bets on the day. If you are planning on wagering more than those limits will allow then you are advised to bet on this Super Bowl book which will close on Thursday Feb 1 at 04:59 EST. This is a pre Super Bowl book which will be replaced upon closing thus resetting everyone's bet limits.
You are advised to bet on this Sportsbook rather than the forthcoming Sportsbook anyway. Those eagle-eyed regular gamblers amongst you should have spotted that the odds on this Sportsbook are even more generous than usual. This Sportsbook has been compiled to just a 2.04% profit margin rather than the normal low 3.09% margin I normally work at.
Anyone who complains about the limits on the forthcoming Super Bowl Sportsbook who is found to have not bet their maximum allowance on this Sportsbook will be mercilessly taunted from the ramparts in a French accent. They may also be subject to having livestock thrown at them from that great height.
I expect to open a limited version of SPECIAL BETS but I don't want to do that more than 18 hours ahead of kickoff because of price fluctuations/unexpected injuries etc.
